Distributor Integrations — Pax8 & TD SYNNEX

Distributor integrations live on the Distributors tab of the Integrations page (Integrations → Distributors, /integrations#distributors). They let you bring vendor licenses and live product pricing into Breeze: Pax8 syncs client companies and license subscriptions you can map to organizations and link to recurring contract lines, and TD SYNNEX Pricing (EC Express) looks up real-time cost, MSRP, and stock availability you can import straight into your Product Catalog.

The tab has two sub-tabs:

• Pax8 — /integrations#pax8
• TD SYNNEX Pricing — /integrations#tdsynnex-ec

Note

Distributor integrations are partner-account only. They are configured once for your MSP and shared across all of your customers. If you sign in with an organization-scoped account, both sub-tabs show a message that the integration is available to partner accounts only — there is nothing to configure at the organization level.

Legacy note: an older TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge connector is intentionally hidden. Its catalog endpoint isn’t entitled for pricing data, so TD SYNNEX Pricing (EC Express) is the working connector documented here. If you’re looking for TD SYNNEX product pricing, use the TD SYNNEX Pricing sub-tab.

Connecting a distributor

Pax8

Pax8 connects with your Pax8 OAuth client credentials. Once connected, Breeze pulls your Pax8 companies and their license subscriptions so you can map them to Breeze organizations and link them to recurring contract lines.

1. Open Integrations → Distributors → Pax8 (/integrations#pax8).

2. In the Connection card, fill in:

   • Display name — a label for this connection (defaults to Pax8).
   • Client ID — your Pax8 OAuth client ID.
   • Client secret — your Pax8 OAuth client secret.
   • Webhook secret (optional) — used to verify inbound Pax8 webhooks.

3. Click Connect Pax8. Secrets are stored encrypted; once saved, each field shows a Configured badge. When updating an existing connection you can leave a secret field blank to keep the stored value.

4. Click Test connection to verify the credentials reach Pax8.

5. Click Sync now to pull companies and subscriptions. The sync runs in the background — the Sync status card shows the last sync time, status, and any last error once it finishes.

Caution

Pax8 write actions (connecting, syncing, and linking subscriptions) are MFA-gated on the server. If you see an “MFA required” message, enable multi-factor authentication on your Breeze account and retry.

What syncs from Pax8

• Companies — your Pax8 client companies, with status, shown in the Company mapping table. Map each Pax8 company to a Breeze organization (or leave it unmapped).
• License subscriptions — pulled per company, including product name, vendor, quantity, unit cost, unit price, currency, billing term, and status.
• Contract-line linkage — once a company is mapped to an organization, each subscription can be linked to a contract line so quantities flow into recurring billing.

Subscription actions

A subscription only becomes linkable after its company is mapped to a Breeze organization. Each subscription row then offers:

Link	Connect the subscription to a contract line (or create a new manual line)
Change	Re-point the subscription to a different contract line
Pause	Stop automatic quantity sync while keeping the link intact
Resume	Re-enable automatic quantity sync
Unlink	Remove the connection between the subscription and the contract line

When sync is enabled on a link, Pax8 subscription quantities are pushed to the linked contract line on each sync. Pausing stops future quantity updates but leaves the last-synced quantity in place so billing isn’t affected unexpectedly.

TD SYNNEX Pricing

TD SYNNEX Pricing connects to TD SYNNEX EC Express to look up real-time cost, MSRP, and stock availability, and import products straight into your Product Catalog. It authenticates with your EC Express account credentials.

1. Open Integrations → Distributors → TD SYNNEX Pricing (/integrations#tdsynnex-ec).

2. Fill in your EC Express connection details:

   • Customer No — your TD SYNNEX customer number.
   • Region — your account region (defaults to US).
   • Email — your EC Express account email.
   • Password — your EC Express account password (stored masked).

3. Tick Enabled, then click Save settings. The password is stored securely and shown masked afterward.

4. Click Test connection to verify the credentials against EC Express. The status label shows whether the last test succeeded or failed (with the error message on failure). Test connection requires the integration to be enabled.

What you can pull from TD SYNNEX

TD SYNNEX Pricing is a live lookup + import flow rather than a background sync:

• Product lookup — search by SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part number. Each result shows the product name, status, description, your cost, MSRP, total available quantity, and a per-warehouse stock breakdown (available, on order, ETA).
• Import to catalog — import a result into your Product Catalog. The sell price is pre-filled from your partner default markup over cost (falling back to MSRP, then cost) and is editable. A live margin summary is shown, warning you if the sell price is below cost.
• On import, Breeze records the product name, SKU (SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part), description, your entered sell price, the cost basis, and whether the item is taxable (following your partner’s hardware-tax policy).
